We are not an employer, we are not a licensed recruitment agency, and we do not provide jobs ourselves. We facilitate relevant introductions where possible; we do not guarantee employment, hiring, interviews, or placement.

No guarantee
Uploading your CV does not guarantee that we will contact you, introduce you, arrange an interview, or that you will be placed or employed. Opportunities depend on demand and suitability and are never promised.
Your information and how we share it
You give us permission to contact you about relevant opportunities and to share your profile and CV with suitable clinics, schools, therapy centres, or rehabilitation organisations for recruitment purposes. These organisations may be in other countries, so your details may be transferred across borders. We share only what is relevant, and only with organisations we have reviewed.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that everything you provide is true, accurate, and your own, and that you are entitled to share it. You are responsible for any licences, registrations, or qualifications you claim to hold.
Verification and third parties
We may carry out checks before sharing your profile, but we do not control or guarantee the accuracy, conduct, or decisions of any organisation, and we are not responsible for their hiring choices or outcomes.
Your control over your data
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us. We keep your data only as long as needed for this purpose and remove it on request.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheraLoom is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service, from the actions of any organisation or third party, or from any hiring decision. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

TheraLoom is an independent talent network that introduces candidates to organisations. We are not a staffing agency of record and we do not employ the candidates we introduce.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee that candidates will be available, suitable, qualified, correctly licensed, or that any role will be filled. Any profiles we share are introductions only.
Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for verifying each candidate's identity, qualifications, licences, references, and eligibility to work, and for your own hiring decisions, contracts, and compliance with all applicable employment and licensing laws.
Use of candidate information
Candidate details are shared with you in confidence and only for recruiting the role you described. You agree to keep them confidential, not to pass them to anyone else, and to handle them in line with applicable data-protection law as an independent controller of any data you retain.
Verification
We review organisations before sharing candidate profiles and may decline, pause, or withdraw access at our discretion. We do not guarantee any outcome.
Fees
Any fees, where they apply, will be agreed with you separately in writing before they take effect.
